Cannie Hunter is a creative educator, communication specialist, speaker, and student success advocate with extensive experience in teaching, media design, and academic engagement. She currently serves as a Communication Instructor at Fayetteville Technical Community College, where she teaches Interpersonal Communication, Public Speaking, Intercultural Communication, and foundational communication courses across multiple campuses—including the Bragg Technical Education Center, where she proudly supports military-affiliated students.

With a background in music, branding, and graphic design, Cannie brings innovation and warmth to every classroom and project. She holds a Master’s in Communication and is the editor and designer of FTCC’s Arts & Humanities Division Newsletter. Known for her fun-loving personality and passion for student growth, she creates vibrant learning spaces where creativity meets purpose.
